also if you have an android phone try this. 

On Android, find the 'Sky Menu' app.
- Select 'Roaming'
- Ensure both 'Automatic' and 'Sky Settings' have '>' in front of them.

Had same issue yesterday & today. Turned Airport mode on and off. Seemed to reset and solved issue but very annoying. As you don't know issue is present unless you try and ring someone or someone messages to say they can't get through.
