Can’t make or receive calls, yet Sky coverage shows all OK in area.

Partner's mobile on making a a call does not connect to anything and appears dead. My mobile when making a all produces a message that the number is incorrect.

When i call my daughter, who is also on Sky it says the number is incorrect yet it hasn't changed.
