What is happening when you try to text them and has it been working previously ?

I get a notification "not delivered" and it started around 8th March. I could send messages fine until then? Totally baffled by it. I've checked my message settings and all types (SMS/MMS) are selected. I've cheecked their settings too and nothing stands out. 🤷‍♀️
