What's happening when people call you?

Has this issue been resolved? I have turned airplane mode on and off and reset my network settings and im still not receiving calls

My dad is having the same problem, can call out but can't receive texts or calls. Started today 24/07

 

My mum can't send texts, started 24/07

Other networks are experiencing problems so it might be a knock on effect depending on who's network they are calling from

Sky have advised there is on ongoing issue today 24/7 affecting some mobile providers, it's not an issue with Sky mobile itself, it will be down to the other providers to resolve things their end.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you for the update  I do understand that you are not a sky employee but you do seem to have a line of communication to Sky that is unavailable to other customers .

so my message to Sky is

this information is too little too late , and it sounds as if you are abrogating responsibility. . I pay Sky for a service , my contract is with Sky , me not receiving a service I pay Sky for is a Sky problem .

So if an unnamed 3rd party is at fault, for me the question is what are Sky doing to ensure that this is fixed ?
