Picking up on an old thread. Is this still happening for people and how did you resolve it? I've got the issue starting in the last couple of days.

Re: No Calls In, No calls Out. Getting Not Registered on Network message when i select Sky
Any help with this please. I'm in the Uk and go on holiday today. I've not changed any settings yet but no one can call me and I can't call out. Saying number not recognised.

If I restart my device I can make and receive calls for an indertiminate period, but the issue just restarts a short while after restarting. Becoming increasingly frustrating

Following these instructions work ( just switching phone off and on did not ) , but reading other comments I'm not confident that it's a lasting fix .
I understand that things break , mistakes are made , things go wrong but Sky if you are listening it's how you deal with these failures that is important to your customers - denial , silence and sucking your customers into a chatbot loop of nonesense is not good enough . All that is needed is a flash on the home page , explaining the issue , whats being done about it and estimated time to fix it- oh yes and updates . Is that really too much to ask ?

I absolutely agree, it's the lack of communication and respect from Sky on a very serious issue. For my area, it gives me a fix date of 8th August!!!!! Unbelievable and disgraceful especially given we are now in school holidays where parents need to contact children- my Son has WhatsApp so all ok there, my elderly Father doesn't with no smart phone. So angry, but not surprised with their service. A Sky employee even told me on Monday that it was an O2 issue and that all O2 customers affected as well.... complete nonsense

This has just started happening to both myself and my wife's phones... I get that I've dialled incorrect number, and my wife's just ends calls straight away without a message...

Myself and my husband are having the same issues, we can't call one another but I've been able to call my son who is on a different network!!!

Mobile calls in and out not working
My sky mobile isn't working to make or receive calls
anyone help?
I can't ring Sky as I can't use my mobile and virtual assistant also couldn't help

Your post has been moved to the topic at hand as this has been an ongoing issue for some for a while now. As you can see from the post towards the top of the Lahr Sky are investigating.

People can’t ring me as says unrecognised number
I've had this number for years now all of a sudden it says my number is unrecognisable, don't know how to fix this anyone have a way?
