Trying to ring my husband (he also has sky mobile) and neither of can ring out. All I get is 'Sorry you've dialled an incorrect number,
please try again'.
I have checked the connection sky is saying all is fine. No help on the help pages.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I am experiencing the same - both myself and Husband have sky mobile too

Same issue both sky mobile in Suffolk, had to use data on FaceTime instead.

- number called and its network
- any error message received
- exact date and time of the calls

I am at home and my WiFi - also Sky, keeps dropping out too.
This can not be a coincidence- and I'm hoping this can be sorted soon.
