Can’t make calls

Trying to ring my husband (he also has sky mobile) and neither of can ring out. All I get is 'Sorry you've dialled an incorrect number,

please try again'. 
I have checked the connection sky is saying all is fine. No help on the help pages.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Same issue both sky mobile in Suffolk, had to use data on FaceTime instead.

I am at home and my WiFi - also Sky, keeps dropping out too. 
This can not be a coincidence- and I'm hoping this can be sorted soon.
