Can't link Sky ID to mobile

Very frustrating. Following the steps to add Surname, postal code and last 6 digits of bank account and it says it doesn't recognise these details. So can't proceed from this point. I see many others have the same issue but no resolution?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
