im also having trouble with this i am putting all the details in and it tells me there's technical difficulties and i dont know how to solve it?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Hi, I am also having this issue. I have never been able to do this and have an outstanding bill to pay which I cant without linking the accounts or waiting 45 minutes on the phone.

If you have a payment method setup on your account like a card or a direct debit then Sky will take the payment automatically from you.
