  • Someone from the technical side message me and ,apart from asking for I.d. from 15yrs ago  which of course has changed, all was accomplished.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Hi, I've been having trouble trying to link my Sky ID to my Mobile account, every time I enter my post code, it say it's invalid, and after trying to get it correct, every other information that I've already entered says it's incorrect or invalid, I don't know what to do at the this point, I need this fix as I've ordered an iPhone and it can't be delivered unless I this issue is fixed.

I am having the same issue.  When entering name postcode and account number it says those details are not found! Help!
