Can’t get iternet

Why can't I get internet on my sky iPhone unless connected to a wifi

What happens when not on WiFi? Does 4G or 5G show or no signal?

Have you signed into your account & resent the settings to the phone?

Data may be enabled but does 4G/5G show? have you checked the APN settings to ensure they're showing/correct?

Have you followed the suggestion to resend the settings?

I have to be connected to WiFi to get internet when it should work anytime I want it, shouldn't it

If it says 4G then it is connected so is it not working when you disable Wifi in settings ?
