I’m having the same issue I’ve tried activating my new sim and it says I have to link it to my account. It asked for
surname
postcode
last six from account number
after doing this it says I’m already linked and won’t let me continue to activate the sim. Please help

I have received a new handset (through swap) also received a new SIM card, put new sim in and set up the device from my old phone. Logging onto sky to activate the sim and it says all done ✅ you'll receive a text to let you know when the sim is active. It's been 8 hours, should it be taking this long?
thank you

@63johnw The phone came with a new sim so used that one and followed the instructions. Seems a little odd to be taking so long to get activated.

Most phones come with a sim card by default so if you didn't order a new one @Natalie+Mitchell then all you need to do is to use the one you have got.
