Hi, I have the same issue. I cannot activate a Sim. It's a second I have for a watch. Hiw do I go about activating? Thanks

Can I have another expert referral?
My sim and phone are on a new account not my original but it is impossible to log into that account.
I cant activate the sim and noone seems to be offering to move it onto the correct account.
I already have 2 sims this is a third.
if i can't get it resolved I think I will just take all 3 sims to Smarty or o2 direct

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

I did the same
I ordered logged in through the app
i used the same email address as my sky id in everything (my only address lol)
Many of us have the same problem it has to be a Sky issue

Everytime I try to activate my sim it asks for my surname, post code and last 6 digits of bank account number. However is saying they do not recognise these despite the fact I have a skyid account to pay for my sky tv
