Can’t activate new sim

I've upgraded my phone with sky but won't let me activate my new SIM I have put my old SIM card in my new phone but on the sky app it is saying to activate new SIM with higher internet GB but it won't let me do this without a PAC code will my old SIM card just automatically swap to the higher GB contract?

No it will not just swap as it appears that your new data package will be in the new sim so to get help in activating it use the old sim in your phone to call Sky on 150. You might want to ask tjem

to cancel the order sim or you will be paying for the both of them. Your new sim will come with a new number.
