Can’t Make or Receive calls

Hi. I'm having issues with my sky mobile account can't call out or receive calls but can receive texts & use data but had this issues for weeks  , if I cancel my SIM plan then come back in few days I have same problem again, no mast issues in my area at all so must be something wrong with my account for mobile.

Have you contacted Sky as they might want you to try a replacement sim or is this what you have already tried, if you have them have you tried this sim in another phone to see if the same thing happens ?

@caesarome  They have sent me sims and even got what they call Network team to look into it but one other thing is that 5G not available in my area but does come up on my phone 12 when I don't have WiFi connected to iPhone

So they didn't try a replacement sim ?

Does the sim work in another phone ?

 

If not then you will have to contact them again about this.

@caesarome  Doesn't work in my other iPhone and I think problem is way they changed way to add eSIM on iPhone because since then I've had those issues and just spoken to Sky all they said was to do replacement eSIM .

eSIM issues

Hi. I've rejoined Sky mobile but having same issues again , even bought new iPhone and still can't make a call or send a text , I do receive texts even able to use data on eSIM so what is wrong with my Mobile account, there no problems with Mast in my area but when I'm outdoors I get 5G even if it's not available in my area & I do have physical sim with different provider in my iPhone that works , even if I use Giffgaff eSIM well that works fine , don't want to keep cancelling SIMs on my account then have to make new orders

same issues - with two of my mobile plans - both have esims and continuous issues - cannot resolve as we have maxed out our sim deals so the only possible outcome for me now is to order new sim deal from another provider.  have had enough of same issue not being dealt with even though all our sim plans (physical sims) in other phones seem to work perfectly well in our family
