Do any mast issues show here for you:

If not and a turn off, turn on doesn't work then you will have to contact Sky as the sim might have devloped a fault, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page to their sites or via the messaging service here:

Were your services previously restricted due to non-payment?

Ok, check for mast issues using the link above.  If there are none then power cycle your device.

Re: Can only get emergency calls only

FYI - My Samsung Galaxy A56 yesterday just displayed 'Emergency calls only'
People were phoning me and no service was avaliable it said to them.  You also lose data so What's app call does not work.

In Smobile setting the eSIM showed SKY but my mobile number was not present.  Spent ages trying everything, rebooting and removed eSIM.  Used the first QR code / Confirmation Code in my gmail I used to setup the eSIM, this locked the account.

Do this next step on your laptop/PC screen as you need to use your mobile camera to scan the QR code on the Sky website!
Quick fix next time is the use the Sky virtual chat, get through to the mobile section and wait for a human agent.
They sent 2x emails to get a new QR code with today's date on the Sky website (Scan the QR code on your mobile) and new Confirmation Code in the next email.
Mobile installs replacement eSIM and got my mobile number back.
