Hi, I have recently ordered a new phone on a 36 month contract with Sky and need to sign my credit agreement but every time I click the link on the email I was sent it takes me to the general page. I have tried to look in my messages to find it but it just says "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."
Any advice to try to find my credit agreement/ fix this issue?
Thanks

Thank you, now it says that I can't access my messages because "I don't have any sky products"?

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:
