My Daughter has additional needs and a learning disability. She is on the unlimited plan but keeps breaching the fair usage policy. She promises to turn off mobile data but doesn't. She is an adult and doesn't live me and doesnt have wifi or a landline yet (she has only lived in her property for 3 weeks and was in temp accommodation before that with no wifi ability) I'm receiving emails telling me if she breaches it again my service will be restricted. We have received numbers and 3 devices on the account. I don't want everyone else restricted because of her. If I block the entire sim she wont be able to use calls or texts and has no other method of communication. She's 30 mins away from Family & 1hr away from friends so she needs a phone. I want to just turn off her data everytime she reaches her fair usage. Is this possible? If not any other suggestions? She pays for her phone herself. Thanks
