I received an email from Sky to tell me that my 18 month contract was over, and I would be paying for the Sim only now. Does that mean I've paid for my phone? In which case, can I get a new one? I hate this one

@CCL_ yes you have paid off the device if that's what it's telling you, Providing you pass the credit check you can purchase another

Hi @CCL_ just to be aware sky don't do 18 month contracts, your phone is paid off after 24 months or 36 months, depending on the contract. Check your account to confirm if your phone is paid off.
