Calls are not going through - it just says "sorry the person you are calling is on another call"

This is to multiple external numbers from both mine and my husband's phones on Sky Mobile. Another network phone works fine. Some calls say that the number doesn't exist rather than them being on another call.

 

I've checked my phone and the Sky Menu shows that it is set to "Home". I changed it to "Abroad" for a minute then back to home, that didn't change it. Wifi calling is on and I have a full WiFi signal. The network signal is very low.

 

I've restarted my phone multiple times. Nothing has worked

This will need to be investigated by Sky so you will need to call them.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
