I can't call or receive calls now that I'm abroad. Even to sky . Please help

Where abroad are you?

Enabled roaming?

Enable SIM application to abroad?

Set a spend cap?

Removed the spend cap?

Tried manually selecting a network?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
