CEO complaint

Anyone know a senior complaints email address. I'm sick of being passed about call centre , I've had a complaint closed 2 now ( don't know why) and it's still not resolved. It's about upgrade to a normal google 10 , missing bill credit thanks . I want to document all my issues and calls in an email but I don't want someone who has no authority to pick it up

details on how to make an official complaint are on the link below 

 

note sky has 8 weeks to resolve after which you can seek a deadlock letter in order to take further if you wish

No I asked for the complaint over the phone and both times the person said it was all documented. Only once did I get an email giving me a unique ref then 5 mins later anither saying it's been closed

@Mollymoo0403  In that case it hasn't been officially logged you need to follow the links by myself and @caesarome have posted, I would also include details of that call ie date and time etc when filing in the complaint

Turns out what the agent who you speak allocates it to themselves and the system then closes it. So in the end nothing happens. I found this out as all my contact with them kept being closed tickets.  I fed it back to their social media team who tried to assist but you just go round in circles. My experience of returning my phone for repair has been shocking to say the least. Took them 4 weeks to admits been lost at their repair office.
