Buying a mobile phone

Hi ive been trying to purchase a mobile phone i get through all the choices then when i get to payment it says they cant go no further on their side due to technical difficulties its driving me mad ive tried numerus times and ways please help !!! 

Id rather not have to phone as i suffer anxiaty and im no good talking on the phone to straingers thankyou

If clearing your cache or changing browser doesn't resolve it the alternative is calling whereby an agent can place the order for you. 

If talking on a phone is difficult it may be worth considering registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
