Both our Samsung A14s 4G aren't going to voicemail if not answered. Just started within the last 2 hours, obviously not the phones, anybody got a contact number for Sky Mobile help, as the Virtual Assistant is useless

@63johnw Thanks for that, sorry about delay was up to my eyes trying to sort this problem, which is still ongoing..... With Sky Network Svcs at the moment. Thanks again, made life a little simpler
