Since putting my sky SIM into Motorola E13 I cannot access mobile data.
I've spent 2 hours on two calls with sky.
We've been through every reset possible.
I was sent a new SIM card and the phone won't even register that it's in.
I put the SIM into a 5 year old Moto G and the SIM works perfectly.
I've seen lots of messages with the same problem.
So it looks like Moto E13 and sky mobile are not compatible at all.
Had the phone two months but didn't realise it didn't work until tried to use Google maps.

Have you tried getting the network settings sent to your phone from the Sky website ?
Have you activated the replacement sim card ?

Hi yes that's all been done while I was talking to Sky support.
Maybe the second SIM card is faulty?
