I have just had a phone call  telling me my sim is going to get blocked because out of date sun I not had any email from sky tell me an

what information did they ask for which hopefully you didn't give them

@Channy3  Sims don't go out of date as such, Sky currently use the 4G & in places 5G networks, was this scam telling you the 4G network was being turned off?  If so it's a scam as already advised.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
