My ex (who I can't remove from my account til everything's paid off, I've tried) is texting premium numbers which racks up the bill. He does pay me for his bill but I want to block the 2 numbers. Can someone help me on how to do this please?

Hi @HelenK-H you can't block them but if you set the monthly spend cap at zero then that should stop him being able to do it. You would need to make sure he doesn't have access to the account to change it.
