Black screen and Call fail

Hi there I'm just writing to see if anything can be done to be helped with my new iphone 14 plus that I received on the 05/06/2023.

The day that it was delivered and I received it I set the phone up and everything transferred from my previous iPhone 12 over to this phone fine. Since I started using it I have noticed that there has been 2 issues with the phone; first issue being that when I am just on my phone wether it be an app, imessage, games My phone screen will just go black, when this happens I can't use any of my buttons (Power off) etc it goes blaxk then after about a minute the apple logo comes up and then 5-10 minutes later after this black screen with the logo my phone will come back on with everything refreshed. This has happened multiple times since I got it on the 5th. There is not a set time that this happens it just does it every so often during the day and is really not good considering I only received this iphone 3 days ago and is a brand new one. I have tried to factory reset and Wrase this iPhone and still no help.

The second issue I was having was call failing and not holding , I'm unsure as to why they were doing this as when i would call somebody the call would only last about 2 minutes on facetime before automatically cutting off and saying 'Call failed' This has happened multiple times even if I have had data or Wi-Fi.

Hopefully this issue can be resolved by you guys,

Kind Regards

Megan

Sadly not @mmegkate as we are customers here like you so if you want to contact Sky you would need to call them on the free 150 number as they might want you to send the phone away for a repair if they decide there is a fault with it. You could also take into into an Apple store if you have one nearby to you.
