Upgraded and being charged twice

Hello, 

 

I upgraded my phone and when I log into my account it says that I am going to be charged for my old phone. Can someone please explain why this is and if it is a one off

When you upgraded was the value Sky gave you for the device enough to pay the contract of on the one you will be returning because if it isn't you will have to pay the difference on your next available Sky bill.

I presume your old phone was returned - if so, it can take a little time for them to update the billing but you won't be out of pocket as such.
