Bills
I've paid my bill last month and it's saying that I haven't paid it and now I'm really confused

Unless your services had been restricted which I presume they were not then there is no need to make a manual payment as all you are doing is not paying the bill but instead putting a credit on your account so do you see this credit on it ?
