I doubt it has been taken twice so have you made a manual payment when there was no need to and if you did do you now see a credit on your account ?

It won't load my bill up, but when I go on bank it say it's come out 2 different times on different days

Are you sure these payments have been taken by Sky and not by a scammer ?
I've been with sky for about a year now, and no they both say sky mobile, & they both the same price that's come out just one was yesterday & one was today
