Bills not showing
For months now i have been unable to view my sky mobile bill on the app or on the website. No matter what i do - log out, delete the app and redownload it, it still does not show my mobile bill. Any ideas how to fix this?

When you try to access your bill what is happening ?

It comes up with a red box saying 'there was a problem loading your bill' would attach a photo but im not sure how to do that or if i can do that

Yes I have the same trouble. No bills for mobile. It's confusing as you don't know what to budget.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your posts to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
