Hi I paid an over due payment on my account of £39 for a phone and a sim but it's saying I'm £75 in credit but it's also saying - £29

If you have a direct debit setup and a payment fails Sky will always try again 10 days later so there isn't any need to make a manual payment.
Feel free to post an image of this bill but should you do this make sure your account and credit agreement numbers are blanked out.

To be sure you need to expand it on the balance carried forward section but it appears that the £29.00 is also a credit so the payment from this bill has be taken from the £79.25 credit that was carried over from last month leaving you still in credit to the amount of £29.00.
