Hi it looks like I've been charged twice for my phone bill!!  I've only got one phone and one iPad please get this sorted!

Did you make any manual payments?

 

Is this a new contract?

 

What do your bills show?

Two questions…

1 have you made an unnecessary manual payment when having the required direct debit or continuous card payment set up? 

2 do the dates on those bills cover the same period?
