I've just upgraded my phone, my previous phone was paid in full.  Sky are asking for the old one returned but I want to keep it as a spare.  Do I have to return it because I upgraded through the swap?

Hi @Mamaofboys  if you did a swap then sky are expecting the old phone back. You should have just ordered a new phone if the old device was fully paid off. Not sure why sky are asking for the old phone if it was completely paid off. I think you will need to call them on 150 to discuss.

@Mamaofboys Well yes, you agreed to "swap" so obviously Sky expect your old device back as part of the upgrade.
