Phone and tariff swap

My current phone is all paid up with sky so I am just paying for my sim deal at present. I would like to sign up for a new phone and tariff deal with sky but can I keep my current number? And can I cancel my current tariff? Thank you

Hi @LeaFerg  you can apply for a new phone but if you choose a new plan that's not showing as an option via your account then any new plan would come with a new number. You can't easily switch your number to a new plan. You can order a phone and use your current sim with one of the plans available via your account.

Thank you so much, that's so helpful and confirms what I thought 😊 my current tariff is fine for what I need it for, just thought more data for less money is always worth considering but really want to keep my number
