I can't work out why my bill for feb 2025 is showing up £100 more than it should be whilst having a £0 spending cap on both my devices

Last time I went abroad was start of November meaning it would of went in Decembers bill not February's and I didn't use my date, calls or texts as I roamed off the free wifis surrounding

I have checked the bill break down and it looks like they are charging me twice for both of the devices I have making them both double what they should be but I don't know how I can go about this to get it back to normal before the bill comes out as I have tried ringing them multiple times
