mobile sim

i have an existing sky sim,  can i change my plan to take advantage of the 6 month 1% price and keep my number

@ib8  The prices you see are for new/additional sims.  You can't port a number from one Sky sim to another.

 

The only option you have is to order the new sim, port the num ber out to a PAYG provider, then port back in to your new sim.

 

You will need to have had your old sim for at least 12 months to be able to cancel it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
