Hi can you help I have sent you 12 phones back and I'm still getting charged for them  the first one is an iPhone 15 pro max which you had for 2 months and I'm still paying for it. And an iPhone 15 plus which I've sent a back on at least 2 weeks ago and I'm still paying for both off them I'm not happy with this can you sort it out please

You've sent 12 phones back? Devices are taking at least 3 weeks to be processed, checked for damage and their value confirmed if some of these were part of a swap. 

Youll need to contact Sky to chase this up.
