Bill

I paid my bill but you keep trying to take my bill out again. Luckily I don't have the money in my bank account when I look at my bill it says I'm in credit with you too.

@Charlotted16  Did you make a manual payment, if so this isn't needed and will cause the issue your experiencing.

Sky will always take payment automatically via direct debit or a registered debit card.

Unless Sky ask you to do so you should never need to be making such payments.

@Charlotted16

As @GD1 states, if you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. The credit you see should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. This months bill still needs to be paid to prevent possible restrictions on services. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
