Possible SIM card issue no service.

Since the 12th Dec. Having issues on my existing Sky service. 

I've no incoming or outgoing service.

Followed help screens to reset APNs no joy. Then got new network settings sent via message to mobile ???? Useless if you've no service.

Worked through the procedure again this morning. Still not working.

Would some one call me to resolve.

No one is going to call you from a post here...  (You're posting to other customers here and not Sky)

Thanks for the answer.

Reverted to calling customer support over the phone.

As expected, it was confirmed as SIM card issue.

Awaiting new one.
