Bill statement looks incorrect.

My account said I could upgrade for free, however checking my bill statement I am paying double? Why is this?

Hi @KaylaS1990  no one here has access to your billing information, call sky on 150 for help.

It might have happened as the phone you sent back hasn't been booked in or that you returned after your bill had been created so what does next months bill show ?
