Bill print outs

My bank  has requested  me to prove I have a mobile account/number and a home address in order tonopen a bank account.  The Sky bill I printed out from my account was missing the home address?

Hi @Printouts your only option is to call sky on 150 to see if they can provide anything. There may be a charge if they can help.

If you download a bill in PDF then it has the address on.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
