Bill not correct

Bill price not correct for next month and then on after for new contract and discount. Next bill saying £20 but should be £14 as have discount of £3 on each contract. I have the confirmation in email so very confused why it's not reflection this.

When was this discount agreed with as it can take a little while for future bills to update.
