We are customers here of Sky and in any case Sky can not speed this process up.
When did you give Sky the pac code from your previous network as usually the number will transfer over on the next working day, so if you have it to them on Friday it should be Monday and if you did this on Saturday or Sunday then it could be Tuesday.
