Bill issue
I recently updated mine and my husbands data plan. My bill however for the device cost per phone, has doubled. I also pay for my mums device and haven't made any changes to her plan but her device cost has also doubled. Has anyone else experienced this?

The reason will be due to you changing the data plan as the bill itself might covers a couple of different billing periods so you would be billed from the date you changed it up to the date and then the next 4 weeks as per usual.
Have you looked at the following months bill to see what it shows ?
