When I'm not connected to WiFi my phone data doesn't seem to be working even when 3G/4G/5G this has been happening. For a while now. Not happy about paying contract when phone not always working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen any device is connected to Wifi then mobile data will not work as wifi supersedes any mobile data connection. If you want to connect to mobile data instead then turn off the Wifi connection is settings on your device.

No not new , it's not all the time just keeps dropping out a lot more now like WhatsApp/socials etc nothing works. Just says connecting when I have plenty of data
