Bill higher than expected
I was made aware when I took out the contract that my bill would be £18 a month my first bill was then just checked second bill and it's £33 then saying next bill will be £26 there's no extra charges on account as have a zero spend cap

If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check the breakdown of your bill and click on the blue arrow alongside any amounts you are querying.
