Couldn’t activate mobile data
I recently got a new phone and ever since my data hasn't been working, either 4g or 5g keeps popping up and going again or it's there but I can't actually access internet or anything through mobile data

I have same issue. Tried everything and anything, from Resetting Network Settings, removing, reinstalling and ordering replacement eSIM. Still same issue as yours.

Not sure what happened but I put on airplane mode for about 30s and now 5G shows as normal and works pretty well.
here are my steps:
1. Get setup as normal
2. if you see still that 4G and 5G are "bouncing" then put phone in airplane mode and turn off airplane mode
i have no clue why this worked but it did in my case maybe it will work for you
