I'm being charged for the iphone13 that I sent back months ago. This was done as a swap for the iPhone 15. I've been charged for both for 2 months. Can't get through to talk about it with a customer advisor. I'm also being charged for 2 SIMS. Looking for an update on how to resolve this.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you swapped and purchased a new SIM and haven't cancelled the old one then you are correctly being charge for two. (Note the new SIM has a new phone number)
Sky are taking some time to process swap returns but this is longer than expected. You'll have to persevere in calling in 150.
