Usually my phone bill is only £33 but for some reason i have been charged £66 this month and without no warning, and conveniently the calls are down so i cant contact sky them selves. I never touch anything on the MySky app so its really annoying that my phone bill for some reason has been doubled.

Did you make a manual payment here because the only reason it will have been carried forward if the bill wasn't paid so sometimes manually making a payment can see it go on your account as a credit rather than pay the bill.

I did not pay manually, I made that mistake earlier in my contract but that has been paid. @caesarome

I have now been given a full refund so I'm now just waiting for the normal amount to come out, thank both of you for help, have been very helpful. @caesarome @63johnw

I paaid my bill manually yesterday as my card details had changed but then Sky took the same amount off my account too. How do I get a refund of one of the payments?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou don't need to make manual payments as your card changing will not stop Sky taking it via a direct debit (if this is what they did) because a credit/debit card has no impact on the direct debit.
Do you now see a credit for the amount you manually paid ?
